Payment

Payment due at time of treatment. Cash or cards, including AMEX. Gift Vouchers are valid for six months. NO HOGARTH or MEDISPA VOUCHERS ACCEPTED

Cancellations and Rescheduling

The time booked by you is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed, or cancelled or moved on the day, or at the last moment without sufficient notice, I am rarely able to fill the vacancy.

You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. After that you will be charged the full price for the session.  I classify rescheduling on the day as a cancellation. If you don’t show up for an appointment you will be charge full price.

If you repeatedly cancel or fail to show up you will be required to pay upfront for future appointments or in some cases may be refused further treatment.

Exceptions are entirely at my discretion. 

Arrival Protocol

Please arrive promptly for your session. I will greet you 5 minutes before the start of an appointment. Please bring a mask and water, and any paperwork asked for.

Late Arrival

I do not extend session times or issue refunds/price adjustments for late arrival. Failure to arrive on time for an appointment will mean you don’t get your full session time, which means I will perform only the most important parts of the session.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment without contacting me may result in losing it. And an invoice for the full amount of the appointment cost will be sent to the email address and phone number you provided.

Hygiene

Hygiene as per PHE, LHA guidelines. All client touch points are cleaned/ disinfected between clients, furniture is spray disinfected. I clean my tools by scrubbing them down with warm water and antibacterial soap. I clean my office client touch points down between clients also. I use antibacterial wipes and spray on my table and all surfaces, and LED Curing Light. I also use antibacterial wipes on my work chair, client chair, entire back bar, sinks, doors, couch, stool, air con controls and handles and floor. Inclusivity Statement

I welcome and respect all gender non-conforming people, the entire spectrum of the LGBTQI+ community, the elderly, people of colour, people at any level of ability, and all religions. Everyone is treated equally: with discretion and respect. I am Trans Awareness trained. If you have a preferred pronoun, please let me know in our initial new client assessment form.

Age Requirements

Clients who are under 16 must, on their first visit at least, be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Right to Refuse Service

I retain the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: frequent late cancellations, habitual lateness, poor compatibility, failure to comply with the policies included in this document.

Children and Animals

Children are ONLY allowed at the session if they are being treated.

Guide dogs are always welcome.

Complaints Procedure

I strive to make my clients 100% happy with their session. 

I check in with the client before the session & maintain agreed communication throughout the session to ensure that they get the best treatment for them. 

However, if you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, I urge you to tell me during the treatment, otherwise please contact me personally ASAP, or within 48 hours, & no later than 7 days after your treatment. Please understand that I can only directly change the outcome during the session.
